Understanding The Approval Process
A. Each case is different and requires a different approach. Our first approach is reviewing our clients income and credit details and attempting to get them approved for a rental using their own information but bypassing common credit hurdles by adding positive rental history on their credit report and focusing on second chance property management rentals or private home owners.
B. If a client doesn’t meet traditional income requirements or has severe negative credit no worries! We have a network of over 500 Rental Guarantor Corporate Partners. Our partners can work with the worst of cases, and can get our clients approved without a credit check. Our partners consist of rental co-signers, corporate lease facilitators, national property management companies, second chance relocation specialist, and more. If we determine you require the assistance of a corporate partner there is usually a risk fee which is up to one month’s worth of rent to secure the approval.
