Corporate Leasing Program: It’s simple. You have credit issues; our corporate partners and resources have great credit. We help you rent anywhere of your choice at any luxury apartment community in your area, by submitting an application on your behalf under the apartment community’s corporate leasing option, our corporate partner will submit your name as the official occupant that will be residing on the property. The apartment communities will review our corporate partner's financials, rental history, and business credit score; which will grant you housing approval. You will be responsible for paying the monthly rent, required deposits, and other bills related to the property.

Second Chance R.I.N Program: This is a Second Chance program setup and designed to assist rental applicants who can't lease a housing rental using their own Social Security Number because of serious credit issues like an eviction, broken lease, low credit score, late payments, and more. We offer our customers a legal loop hole solution called a Renters Identification Number, which will be used on the application in place of the customer's social security number. The property manager or landlord won't see any negative items on the customer's credit report in this program. This program can be applied to any apartment or home option.
