Introduction and Agreement

This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by RentBuyQuick.com, a division of RentBuyQuick.com. By using the Site, you hereby agree that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and bound by all of the following provisions of these Terms of Service.

RentBuyQuick.com is an Advertising and Research Service

RentBuyQuick.com operates the Site as an online advertising and research service for apartment hunters, dwellers and landlords. RentBuyQuick.com does not broker, lease, or sublease apartments directly and is not a party to any transaction between landlords and renters.

Refund Policy

We offer a Money Back Guarantee if we fail to fulfill our service agreement. It’s not fair that we take your money if you don’t get any value out of our service.

Requirements for refund:

You must apply to at least one of the apartment communities we provided you with.
You must earn at least 3 times the amount of rent for the apartment you applied to.
You must be full-time employed.
You must provide proof of the requirements above.

Refund requests must only be made after the client's contract time period has expired (90 days). Decisions to drop out early or failure to submit documents result in a 50% refund only.

Service Agreement & Consulting

RentBuyQuick.com agrees to provide consultation to clients wishing to locate second chance housing rental properties, resources, or programs. Strategies used may include corporate leasing, co-signing as assurance, or locating landlords with flexible credit terms. For these services, the client agrees to pay a total amount of $500.00 Premium based on program selection.

Escrow and Risk Fees

The client understands there is a separate risk fee associated with doing business with a corporate guarantor partner. This fee, equal to one month's rent, is required to be placed in a third-party escrow account. There is a $100.00 escrow fee for this service.

All Material is subject to federal fair housing laws, which make it illegal to indicate any preference or discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, or familial status.

Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. RentBuyQuick.com shall in no event be liable for any damages exceed fifty dollars ($50). Apartment approvals are at the discretion of individual property managers; RentBuyQuick.com does not guarantee approval.
